Answer:

Basically, grants are funds that are given out by an organization or the government in order to encourage positive things.  Such as encouraging people to start their own businesses.  For example, the government often gives out grants to stimulate the economy.  This is one of the things that obama is trying to do.

How can I repair my bad credit history?

Answer:

Well first of all, pay off your debt as soon as possible.  Try getting a grant from the government to help you.  You can do what my friend Jeff did.  Jeff actually has his own blog about how he got grant money, check it out:  Jeff’s grant blog

Secondly, to repair your credit, you need to setup a system of borrowing and paying back small amounts of money.  If you have a credit card, or a credit line with your bank, I highly recommend using the credit and paying it back immediately.
